There are no settings that allow for zero thickness horizontal layers and the printer does a very poor job of printing thin shells with this software. The shell parts cannot be printed with the software that came with my printer. Simplify 3D will solve these small part problems so I will reprint them using this software. The results were best with layer thickness of 0. I used their excellent setting and maximum infill. I found the solid parts relatively easy to print with the software that came with the printer. This should be the first thing to adjust if you are experiencing a bad print. Inexpensive filament with air pockets will certainly ruin parts with only one layer. Most of the parts require very accurate printer control, and a bad slicer will make the print more difficult. Having a good slicer program will help with the printing of these parts.
